I have tried to install Fidelity Active Trader Pro with no success. I have logged tickets with Fidelity and they said it was a Antivirus/Microsoft Issue. I have talked to Bitdefender and they have said its not their issue. I have installed debugging software from Microsoft and that hasn't helped either. Very frustrated with Fidelity investments. They say they have a Mac version of Active Trader Pro but it doesn't install on Mojave. And recently won't even load on Mojave on machines that had previously worked. Very frustrating. The Active Trader line is staffed by nice, helpful people. Nice and helpful, but unable to solve any significant problems. The Active Trader Pro software is unequivocally dated. bug-laden, often crashes or freezes, and provides account information (such as balances) that is simply wrong. Worse than the software itself, is the atrocious support.
