Board of Directors Charter Page 1 . BOARD OF DIRECTORS CHARTER . A. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BOARD. The board of directors (the “Board”) of Information Services Corporation (the "Corporation") is responsible for the stewardship and oversight of the affairs, business and effective management of the Corporation. The parents of the students enrolled at Paul PCS elect two parent representatives to serve as trustees for one-year terms. The Board of Trustees holds the school’s charter in trust for the citizens of the District of Columbia and holds the administrative team accountable for the school’s performance. Nabi Shahan is a one of the newest members to join the Board of Trustees. He attended UMass Amherst and later transferred to Stony Brook University graduating in 2016 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Respiratory Care allowing him to become a registered Respiratory Therapist.
